Billing in Brazilian reais
Organizations in Brazil can be billed in BRL from a fixed local price book.
Organizations in Brazil can pay in Brazilian reais (BRL) instead of US dollars. Everything an organization is charged — the platform fee, compute, seats, storage and egress — then comes from a fixed BRL price book, and every invoice is issued in BRL. Paying in reais works with cards that only accept domestic purchases.
Choosing the currency
When you start a paid plan from Organization → Billing, Relay offers Pay in R$ or Pay in US$. It suggests reais when your browser is set to Brazilian Portuguese or a Brazilian time zone; you can switch before checking out.
The currency is fixed once the subscription starts. To move between currencies, cancel the subscription and start a new one in the other currency. The month you switch in is billed entirely in the currency it started in; the new currency applies from the next billing period.

BRL prices are a fixed table, not a live conversion of the USD prices. They are reviewed periodically; any change is announced at least 30 days before it applies, from the start of a billing period.
