Plan limits

Feature gates, resource limits, and retention by plan.

The plan matrix is the full comparison. This page summarizes the hard gates, resource limits, and retention limits.

Feature gates

Resource limits

Concurrent tunnels is the only per-resource count that paid plans cap; everything else is billed as you go. Team and Business also cap retention (see below).

The sample database counts toward the Free database limit. Default connections that Relay creates for a managed database don't count toward the connection limit. Managed agents, including default, don't count toward the self-hosted agent limit.

Backup retention

Query-audit retention

Query-audit entries are kept indefinitely until your organization sets a retention window; the plan sets the longest window you can set. The activity log is not purged automatically.

Machine tiers

Compute tiers range from R5 (0.5 vCPU / 1 GiB, the free-tier size) to R200 (64 vCPU / 244.5 GiB). The free plan gets one R5 standalone database per organization; the sample database counts toward it. See Provisioning.
